Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As we approach Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on its significance—a time of gratitude, unity, and recognition of our collective efforts within our communities and workplaces.
Rooted in the tradition of coming together, Thanksgiving mirrors the ethos of the IBEW and the labour movement at large. It reminds us of the power of unity, the importance of celebrating our achievements, and our appreciation for the fruits of our collective labour.
On this occasion, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your commitment to upholding the values that our union stands for. Your dedication enriches the fabric of our union and strengthens the communities we serve.
As we gather with friends and family, please also remember those who are less fortunate and those who are tirelessly working to ensure our safety and comfort during this holiday. Let's continue to extend our support and solidarity to these individuals through charitable efforts and small acts of kindness.
